Abstract
Sustav e-Građani je projekt Vlade Republike Hrvatske s ciljem modernizacije, pojednostavljenja i ubrzanja komunikacije građana i javne uprave te povećanja transparentnosti javnog sektora u pružanju javnih usluga. Sustav e-Građani čine: Središnji državni portal koji predstavlja javni dio sustava, Osobni korisnički pretinac i Nacionalni identifikacijski i autentifikacijski sustav. Komponente predstavljaju sigurnu i naprednu elektroničku komunikaciju s javnim sektorom, a Osobni korisnički pretinac omogućava izravan pristup elektroničkim uslugama javne uprave i primanje osobnih elektroničkih poruka javne uprave. U sklopu sustava e-Građani i Ministarstvo financija – Porezna uprava sudjeluje na način da nudi određene usluge. Trenutno su u sklopu sustava e-Građani dostupne e-usluge Porezne uprave: Osobni korisnički pretinac, ePKK – Porezno knjigovodstvena kartica, eJOPPD - uvid u obrasce po stjecatelju/osiguraniku, ZPP-DOH obrazac za priznavanjem prava u posebnom postupku, INO-DOH - Izvješće o inozemnom dohotku rezidenata i tuzemnom neoporezivom dohotku nerezidenata, porezu na dohodak i prirezu.
Abstract (english)
E-Citizens' System is a project of the Government of the Republic of Croatia with the aim of modernizing, simplifying and accelerating the communication of citizens and public administration and increasing public sector transparency in providing public services.The e-Citizens System consists of: a Central State Portal that represents the public part of the system, the Personal User Box and the National Identification and Authentication System.Components represent secure and advanced electronic communications with the public sector, and the Personal User Box enables direct access to electronic public administration services and the receipt of personal electronic public administration messages. Within e-Citizens and the Ministry of Finance - Tax Administration participates in the way it offers certain services.Currently, e-Citizens are available e-services of the Tax Administration: Personal User Accounts, ePKK - Tax Accounts, eJOPPD - insights into forms per acquirer / insured person, ZPP-DOH form for the recognition of special procedural rights, INO-DOH - Report on foreign income of residents and non-resident non-taxable income tax and surtax.
