Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (below: CBRD or banks) is strategic firm which is 100% owned by Republic of Croatia. The Supervisory Board and Croatian Parliament are having responsibility for her business operations and for defending the banks interests. Having regard to the value of supplies, procurement process in CBRD are representing a highly valuable activity. Following the above, within CBRD, Directorate of procurement and general services, Purchasing department, as part of Legal and General Affairs and Compliance Division, shall draw up Plan procurement of goods, services and works (“Procurement plan”) for business year and participate in the implementation of procurement procedures. With Procurement plant it is necessary to identify the financing needed for operating costs as well as to obtain tangible and intangible assets of the banks in scheduling period. CBRD for individual or common procurement estimated value equal or greater than 200.000,00 kn for products or service and equal or greater than 500.000,00 kn for the works employ procedures in accordance with the Law on public procurement and regulations made pursuant to that Act. At the end of the procedure, a procurement contract is concluded in accordance to the condition specified in the tender specifications and successful tender.
