The subject of this diploma thesis is succession proceeding. Since succession proceeding represents a middle or core part of inheritance procedure first it is required to explain the institution behind the inheritance procedure. From general rules of conduct, which are designed with principles specific to a non-contentious proceeding, seperate stages of inheritence procedure, as well as how to initiate one. The thesis also covers the subject of jurisdiction, which court really has the juridistiction for conducting the inheritance procedure. After the subject of juridistiction some other subjects are processed which are the introduction to a main proccedings, such as giving help to clients that can not take care of their legal rights, interests and recepies that the probate court issued. Following the subject after the intro of the main proceeding, we come to the main proceeding as the central and key stage of the inheritance procedure, which is the basis for getting towards the certificate of succession, as are the other rights from the inheritance and it tackles the subject of legacy inheritors. This diploma paper deals with questions of inviting to an inheritance procedure, inheritors statments, and cunducting succession proceedings. It also covers succession proceedings interuptions due to learning new facts which are resulting in possible change in one of the rights of the inheritors or if the inheritance certificate which defines who became inheritor of the deciesed by his death, validness of the inheritance certificate, and inheritors request after the certificate is issued. Last chapter covers subject about notarys as courts trustees for conducting the inheritance procedure.
