Abstract
Predmet diplomskog rada je problem zapošljavanja mladih u Hrvatskoj i specifičnosti u drugih država o tom problemu te njihova usporedba. Cilj je objasniti koji problemi postoje u zapošljavanju mladih ljudi te zašto ih poslodavci nemilosrdno iskorištavaju na tržištu rada. Zbog tog iskorištavanja poslodavaca, mladim osobama je prijeko potrebna zaštita te ću se u radu uz mjere zaštite osvrnuti i na mjere za poticanje zapošljavanja mladih osoba. Te mjere, donesene u svrhu da ih se što bolje zaštiti, imaju i svoju veću ulogu,a to je da se promijeni njihova postojeća situacija na tržištu rada. Mjere koje su donesene uvelike bi mogle promijeniti položaj mladih osoba u Hrvatskoj, a tako i u Europi,ali samo ako će se poslodavci tih mjera pridržavati. Nadalje, dotaknuti ću se svih zakona kojima se regulira položaj mladih nakon završenog fakulteta,ali i njihova prava tijekom studiranja. Najveća promjena u zapošljavanju mladih osoba je pripravništvo koje odavno postoji kao zakonodavni okvir,a pojavljuje se kao stvaran i ozbiljan novi oblik zaposlenja mladih osoba te u to područje unosi mnoge pogodnosti.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this master thesis is the problem of youth unemployment in Croatia and specificities in other countries on this issue and their comparison. The aim is to explain the problems of youth employment and why employers relentlessly exploit them in the labor market. Due to this employer's exploitation, young people need protection and I will also look at measures to stimulate youth employment. These measures, taken in order to protect them better, also play a greater role in changing their existing labor market situation. The measures could greatly change the position of young people in Croatia, but also in Europe, but only if employers comply with these measures. Furthermore, I will touch upon all the laws regulating the position of young people after their graduation but also their rights during their studies. The biggest change in the employment of young people is the internship that has long existed as a legislative framework, and appears as a real and serious new form of youth employment and has many benefits.
