Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je spolna diskriminacija na tržištu rada. Cilj je objasniti pojam diskriminacije, tko su subjekti i koji su oblici diskriminacije, objasniti postoje li iznimke od zabrane diskriminacije, detaljno objasniti postupak pred sudom, te na koji se način osobe pogođene diskriminacijom mogu zaštiti. Daje se pregled Zakona koji definiraju pojam diskriminacije i kojima se nastoji suzbiti diskriminacija koja je svakodnevno prisutna na tržištu rada.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this graduate thesis is sexual discrimination on the labor market. The aim of the paper is to explain the notion of discrimination, determine the subjects and forms of discrimination, explain whether there are exceptions to the prohibition of discrimination, explain in detail the proceedings before the court and how the people affected by discrimination can protect themselves. An overview of the Acts that define the concept of discrimination and aim to combat the discrimination that is present on the labor market is presented.
