Abstract
Propisi kao što su Uredba o uredskom poslovanju i Uputstvo za izvršenje uredbe o uredskom poslovanju te drugi propisi čine temelj za provedbu uredskog poslovanja. Uputstvo za izvršenje uredbe o uredskom poslovanju detaljno razrađuje Uredbu o uredskom poslovanju. Ono nam daje osnovne naputke za ustrojavanje i primjenu uredskog poslovanja u svakodnevnom radu organa uprave i upravnih organizacija te pravnih osoba s javnim ovlastima. Potrebno je i vrlo bitno da se kod primjene uredskog poslovanja dobro razumiju osnovni pojmovi uredskog poslovanja, temeljna načela uredskog poslovanja, pravilno vođenje uredskih knjiga, odnosno evidencija te poznavanje klasifikacijskih oznaka i urudžbenih brojeva kao i važnost pisarnice i pismohrane. Predmet ovog završnog rada je prikazati važnost uredskih knjiga i evidencija, te razliku između osnovnih, pomoćnih i posebnih evidencija.
Abstract (english)
Regulations such as the Statute on Office Business and the Instruction on Executing an Office Business and other regulations are the basis for the implementation of office business. The Instruction for Execution of the Office of Business Administration elaborates in detail the Regulation on Office Business. It gives us basic instructions for setting up and applying the office business in the everyday work of the administrative bodies and administrative organizations and legal entities with public authority. It is essential that the basic concepts of office business such as: the basic principles of office business, the proper management of office books, and records, as well as the knowledge of classification marks and office numbers, as well as the importance of the office and the letterbox, are well understood in the application of the office business. The subject of this final paper is to show the importance of office books and records, and the difference between basic, auxiliary and special records.
