Abstract
U radu se daje detaljan prikaz ustrojstva vlasti u Republici Hrvatskoj. Vlast je u Republici Hrvatskoj formirana u obliku trodiobe vlasti, a dijeli se na zakonodavnu, izvršnu i sudbenu vlast. Na početku se polazi od definiranja samog pojma, načina i cilja diobe vlasti. Najvažniji propis Republike Hrvatske u kojem je regulirana i sama dioba vlasti je Ustav Republike Hrvatske. Zakonodavnu vlast u Republici Hrvatskoj obavlja predstavničko tijelo koje se naziva Hrvatski sabor. Izvršnu vlast obavljaju Predsjednik Republike i Vlada. Navode se temeljne ustavne ovlasti Predsjednika Republike, način izbora, definira se pojam vlade i njezine najznačajnije nadležnosti. Za provođenje sudbene vlasti u Republici Hrvatskoj zaduženi su sudovi. Osnovna karakteristika sudbene vlasti je samostalnost i neovisnost.
Abstract (english)
This work presents a detailed description of the structure of government in the Republic of Croatia. The authority in the Republic of Croatia is formed in the form of a tripartite government and is divided into legislative, executive and judiciary authority. At first, it starts from defining the very concept, the way and the purpose of the division of authority. The Constitution of the Republic of Croatia is the most important regulation of the Republic of Croatia, which regulates the division of powers. The legislative authority in the Republic of Croatia is performed by a representative body called the Croatian Parliament. The executive authority is performed by the President of the Republic and the Government. The basic constitutional authorities of the President of the Republic are mentioned in this work, the way of election, defining the notion of the government and its most important competencies. The judicial power is responsible for the implementation of the judiciary in the Republic of Croatia. The basic characteristic of the judiciary is independence.
