Abstract
U poslovnom svijetu umjetna inteligencija postaje sveprisutna mijenjajući način rada zaposlenika. Kroz njezino korištenje vidimo automatizaciju rutinskih procesa, ubrzanje i olakšavanje radnih zadataka. Kao rezultat korištenja umjetne inteligencije možemo vidjeti povećanu produktivnost, smanjene troškove, veću kvalitetu rada, napredovanje radnika zbog potrebne dodatne edukacije, povećanu primjenu zaštitu privatnosti i drugo. Da bi rad s umjetnom inteligencijom bio bezbrižan za to se pobrinula Europska unija regulacijom umjetne inteligencije koja je pozamašna, dok je Republika Hrvatska prati u stopu i osigurava da njezini radnici budu sigurni od opasnosti koju ona donosi. Da umjetna inteligencija nije bezopasna pokazuju nam slučajevi diskriminacije od strane nj. Stoga, upravljanje izazovima i prednostima koje ona donosi, zapravo su izazovi naše budućnosti, a u ovom radu analiziramo načine na koje se može primjenjivati i načine na koje se primjenjuje u radnom odnosu, kao i odnos radnika i poduzeća vezanih uz umjetnu inteligenciju te koliko su zapravo spremni na prihvaćanje nje i postoji li zapravo bojazan da će nas zamijeniti.
Abstract (english)
In the business world, artificial intelligence is becoming ubiquitous, transforming the way employees work. Through its use, we see the automation of routine processes, the acceleration and facilitation of work tasks. As a result of the use of artificial intelligence, we can observe increased productivity, reduced costs, higher quality of work, the advancement of workers due to the necessary additional education, increased application of privacy protection and more. To ensure that working with artificial intelligence is worry-free, the European Union has taken care of this with its substantial regulation of AI, while the Republic of Croatia follows closely and ensures that its workers are safe from the dangers it brings. That artificial intelligence is not harmless is shown by cases of discrimination by it. Therefore, managing the challenges and benefits it brings are indeed the challenges of our future. In this paper, we analyse the ways in which it can be applied and is applied in the workspace, as well as the relationship between workers and companies related to artificial intelligence, and how prepared they are to accept it and whether there is a fear that it will replace us.
