Abstract
Grupni rad predstavlja važan pristup u socijalnom radu koji je usmjeren na rad s grupama ljudi koji pripadaju nekoj zajednici ili su pak slični prema određenim karakteristikama poput spola, dobi ili drugih obilježja. Važnost grupnog rada proizlazi iz njegovih rezultata, a kako bismo mogli prikazati i prikupiti te rezultate važna je primjena evaluacije i njezinih metoda u prikupljanju podataka. Evaluacija osim što je važna, u posljednjih nekoliko godina ističe se njezina nužnost prilikom svakog stručnog rada, istraživanja ili programa, stoga se evaluacija integrirala i u područje socijalnog rada i rada s grupom kao neizostavni dio svakog kvalitetnog rada. Ovaj rad pobliže integrira različitu literaturu koja se bavi grupnim radom i evaluacijom, a posebno se usmjerava na evaluaciju u grupnom radu, vrste, što je evaluacija te specifične karakteristike evaluacije grupnog rada. Cilj ovog rada jest upravo analiziranje grupnog rada, evaluacije i evaluacije u grupnom radu te isticanje značajnih metoda korištenih unutar prikupljanja podataka prilikom evaluacije.
Abstract (english)
Group work is an important approach in social work that focuses on working with groups of people who belong to a community or who are similar in terms of certain characteristics such as gender, age or other characteristics. The importance of group work comes from its outcomes, and in order to present and collect these outcomes, it is important to use evaluation and its methods when collecting data. Evaluation is not only important, but has also been highlighted in recent years as a necessity for any professional work, research or programme. Therefore, evaluation has been integrated into the field of social work and group work as an indispensable part of any quality work. This thesis integrates various literature dealing with group work and evaluation, focusing in particular on evaluation in group work, the types of evaluation and the specific characteristics of group work evaluation. The aim of this thesis is to analyse group work, evaluation and evaluation in group work and to identify important methods of data collection in evaluation.
