Abstract
Tema ovog rada su ugovori o doživotnom i dosmrtnom uzdržavanju. Ovim se radom predstavlja pojava ugovora o doživotnom i dosmrtnom uzdržavanju, njihove osnovne karakteristike i oblici sklapanja tih ugovora. Definiraju se ugovorne strane odnosno davatelj i primatelj uzdržavanja te se opisuju njihova prava i obveze. Rad se osvrće i na pojam zabilježbe i upisa u zemljišnu knjigu, načine raskida ugovora, te se usredotočuje na ništetnost i pobojnost ugovora. Na kraju se ukazuje na sličnosti i razlike između ugovora o doživotnom i dosmrtnom uzdržavanju.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is lifetime and death maintenance contracts. This paper presents the appearance of lifetime and death maintenance contrats, their basic characteristics, and the forms of concluding these contrats. The parties to the contract are defined, i.e., the provider and the recipient of maintenance, and their rights and obligations are described. The paper looks at the concept of recording and entering these contracts in the Land Registry, ways of terminating the contract, and focuses on the nullity and voidability of the contract. At the end, the similarities and differences between lifetime and alimony contracts are pointed out.
