Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je Ustroj arhivske službe u Republici Hrvatskoj, završni rad bavi se povijesti arhiva na području Republike Hrvatske te samim time dolazimo do zaljučka kolika je važnost samog arhivskog gradiva i kolika je njihova povijesna važnost. Također, ovaj završni rad bavi se ustrojem same arhivske službe, načinu kako se ta sama arhivska građa skladišti i čuva. Cilj ovog završnog rada je objasniti strukturu arhivske službe i objasniti njen značaj. Uvodni dio rada će se sastojati od početaka i formiranja arhivske službe, važnosti arhivskog gradiva, koje su to vrste arhivskog gradiva, koji su periodi pohrane arhivske građe, smještaj arhivskog gradiva i pristup gradivu s ograničenom odgovornošću. Sama razrada završnog rada sastojati će se od objašnjavanja kakvi arhivi postoje u Republici Hrvatskoj, mjihovih nadležnosti i ustroju. U ovom završnom radu obraditi će se svi važni pojmovi koji se povezuju sa arhivima i samom arhivskom službom.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final paper is the organization of the archive service in the Republic of Croatia, the final paper deals with the history of archives in the Republic of Croatia, and thus we come to the conclusion of the importance of the archival materials themselves and their historical importance. Also, this final paper deals with the organization of the archival service itself, the way in which archival materials are stored and preserved. The aim of this final paper is to explain the structure of the archive service and explain its significance. The introductory part of the work will consist of the beginnings and formation of the archival service, the importance of archival material, what types of archival material there are, what are the storage periods of archival material, placement of archival material and access to material with limited liability. The elaboration of the final thesis itself will consist of explaining what kind of archives exist in the Republic of Croatia, their responsibilities and organization. In this final paper, all important concepts related to archives and the archive service itself will be covered.
