Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja jest ispitati međuodnos stavova prema superviziji i čimbenika vezanih uz radno ponašanje te percipiranu korist od supervizije. U istraživanju je putem online ankete sudjelovalo 111 socijalnih radnika s iskustvom supervizije s područja Republike Hrvatske. Kako bi se ispitali istraživački problemi, korišteni su sljedeći upitnici: Sociodemografski upitnik, Upitnik evaluacije supervizije, Upitnik stavova prema superviziji, Upitnik samoefikasnosti te Ljestvica uspješnosti u radnim zadacima. Rezultati su pokazali kako stav prema superviziji značajno predviđa uspješnost u radnim zadacima i samoefikasnosti. Percipirana korisnost supervizije nije značajno doprinosila objašnjenju varijance uspješnosti u radnim zadacima niti samoefikasnost.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between attitudes toward supervision, work-related behavioral factors, and the perceived benefits of supervision. The study involved 111 social workers from the Republic of Croatia with supervision experience, who participated through an online survey. The following questionnaires were used to address the research questions: a Sociodemographic Questionnaire, the Supervision Evaluation Questionnaire, the Attitudes Toward Supervision Questionnaire, the Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, and the Job Performance Scale. The results indicated that attitudes toward supervision significantly predict job performance and self-efficacy. However, the perceived usefulness of supervision did not significantly contribute to explaining the variance in job performance or self-efficacy.
