Abstract
U radu autorica piše o iskorištavanju, odnosno eksploataciji osoba u poslovnom svijetu kroz fokus suvremenih problema radnog iskorištavanja, prisilnog rada i trgovanja ljudima. Uz to, upućuje na istraživanja relevantnih stručnjaka usmjerena na uzroke i faktore koji potiču navedene oblike eksploatacije i posljedice na pojedinca i društva u cjelini. Korišteni statistički podaci međunarodnih organizacija i domaćih institucija svjedoče o brojnosti žrtava i razmjerima problema u suvremenog svijetu, kao i prisutnim kontradiktornostima u znanstvenim i stručnim mišljenjima. Korištena je analitička, sintetička i komparativna metoda.
Abstract (english)
In this work author is writing about exploitation of persons in business world and how it affect on society with an emphasis on work exploitation, forced labour and human trafficking. Besides that, there are expert researches that shows us what are main causes and factors that lead to human trafficking and also what are their consequences. Statistical dana international and national institutions and organizations shows us numbers about situations connected to human trafficking and modern slavery in the world, but also contradiction relating to expert researches. Methods that were used are analytic, synthetic and comparative method.
