Due to the development of the offices, office operations and overall technology itself electronic office operations have emerged and are being used today. There are various stages that preceded this way of doing business. Personal computers which were the foundation of computerization have started the way of today’s office business. As computers evolved, offices did too, so today we have so called modern e-offices. Electronic office business takes place by e-mail, but due to not reaching its peak and the impossibility of using an electronic signature, it is not being used in most public and administrative sectors yet. The term e-mail means the transfer of text messages, along with documents that are not only text messages, but can also be images and audio and video recordings. This transmission of communication takes place through communication networks, and this is most often the Internet. Nowadays, a paper document is still the only valid and acceptable document. The job of office business in itself is not easy, especially these days due to the situation related to COVID-19. Although it has its advantages, such as flexible working hours and "excess" time, there is also a disadvantage related to isolation, in example a lack of socialization that can lead to stress.
