Abstract
Roditeljsku skrb čine odgovornosti, dužnosti i prava roditelja koja imaju svrhu zaštite i promicanja djetetovih osobnih i imovinskih prava. Roditelji studenti su mala populacija među studentima, ali i među ljudima koji ostvaruju roditeljsku skrb. Oni imaju pravo na razne oblike pomoći od strane države, županije i grada u vidu prava roditelja studenata. Ostvarivanje roditeljske skrbi može ostaviti posljedice na odnose s njihovim prijateljima, roditeljima, općenito na funkcioniranje i prihvaćenost u zajednici te njihovo mentalno zdravlje. Cilj ovog rada je prepoznavanje problema s kojima se susreću roditelji studenti kao prvi korak u rješavanju istih. Istraživačko pitanje je, koji su problemi s kojima se susreću roditelji studenti Sveučilišta Josip Juraj Strossmayer u Osijeku. Za istraživanje je korištena kvalitativna metoda istraživanja te polustrukturirani intervju.
Abstract (english)
Parental responsibility represents all the responsibilities, duties, and rights of parents with the purpose of protecting and promoting the child's personal and property rights. Student parents are a small population among students, but also among people who provide parental care. They are entitled to various forms of assistance from the state, county, and city in the form of the rights of student parents. Exercise of parental responsibility can have consequences on their relationships with their friends, parents, functioning and acceptance in the community, as well as their mental health. The aim of this paper is to identify the problems faced by student parents as the first step in solving them. The research question is what are the problems faced by student parents. A qualitative research method and a semi-structured interview were used for the research.
