Abstract
Tema ovog rada su Uredi Vlade Republike Hrvatske s posebnim naglaskom na Ured za udruge. Udruge i ostale organizacije civilnog društva smatraju se detektorom problema društva te brzim servisom odgovora na njih. Ona su udruženja koja djeluju bez dobiti, a fokus im je na društvenoj dobrobiti. S obzirom da je trenutno u Republici Hrvatskoj registrirano preko 50.000 udruga, potreba za zasebnom stručnom službom je neminovna. Ured za udruge stručna je služba Vlade Republike Hrvatske. U ovom se radu prikazuje djelokrug ovog Ureda, njegova povijest i postignuća. Osim Ureda, opisuju se i ostale stručne službe, ali i institucije vezane uz razvoj civilnog društva. U završnom dijelu rada prikazuju se strateški dokumenti vezani za razvoj civilnog društva te institucionalni okvir za razvoj civilnog društva iz perspektive organizacija civilnog društva.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the Offices of the Government of the Republic of Croatia with special emphasis on the Office for for Cooperation with NGOs. NGOs are considered a detector of society's problems and a quick response service to them. They are associations that operate without profit and their focus is on social welfare. Given that, there are currently over 50,000 associations registered in the Republic of Croatia, the need for a separate professional service is inevitable. The Office for Cooperation with NGOs is an expert service of the Government of the Republic of Croatia. In this paper the scope of this Office is presented, its history and achievements. In addition to the Office itself, other professional services and institutions related to the development of civil society are also described. In the final part of the paper are presented past strategic documents related to the development of civil society and the institutional framework for the development of civil society from the perspective of NGOs.
