Abstract
Tema ovog rada je ravnopravnost spolova, odnosno pravni i institucionalni okvir vezan uz ravnopravnost spolova u Republici Hrvatskoj. U pravnom okviru naglasak je na međunarodnim i nacionalnim dokumentima, dok je u institucionalnom dijelu naglasak na instituciji Pravobraniteljice za ravnopravnost spolova. U cilju dobivanja zaključka o stanju ravnopravnosti u Republici Hrvatskoj analiziraju se odgovarajuća izvješća i ističu problematična područja. Rad završava zaključnim razmatranjima.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is gender equality, the legal and institutional framework related to gender equality in the Republic of Croatia. In the legal framework, the emphasis is on international and national documents, while in the institutional part, the emphasis is on the institution of the Ombudsperson for Gender Equality. In order to reach a conclusion about the state of equality in the Republic of Croatia, relevant reports are analyzed and problematic areas are highlighted. The paper ends with concluding remarks.
