Abstract
Informacijska tehnologija drastično je promijenila uredske funkcije, poslovi se sada obavljaju na novi način. Informacije se mogu prenijeti, pohraniti, dohvatiti i obraditi za daljnji prijenos uz korištenje tehnologije. Nadalje, sustav automatizacije ima svrhu poboljšati procese i pridonijeti sposobnosti uredima da prežive u današnjem gospodarskom okruženju. Efekt uredske automatizacije je povećanje organizacijske produktivnosti redefiniranjem uredskog rada te poboljšanjem kvalitete. Ovaj završni rad tako donosi teorijske konkretizacije automatizacije i digitalizacije u uredskom poslovanju. Također, teorijski je dio potkrijepljen primjerima sustava i alata te državnih platformi kao što je onaj e-Građani.
Abstract (english)
Information technology has drastically changed office functions, jobs are now being done in a new way. Information can be transferred, stored, retrieved and processed for further transmission using technology. Furthermore, the automatization system aims to improve processes and contribute to the ability of offices to survive in today’s economic environment. The effect of office automatization is to increase organizational productivity by redefining office work and improving quality. This final paper thus brings theoretical concretizations of automatization and digitalization in office business. Also, the theoretical part is supported by examples of systems and tools and government platforms such as e-Građani.
