Abstract
E-uprava predstavlja vrlo važnu ulogu u razvoju moderne uprave, a kako bi se to postiglo u tome pomaže informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija. E-uprava primjenjuje nove informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije, a utječe i na metode rada i strukturu same uprave. Ona u velikoj mjeri smanjuje troškove administracije, no djeluje i na smanjenje koruptivnih djelatnosti, omogućavajući veću razinu transparentnosti i otvorenost.Informacijsko-komunikacijska tehnologija (IKT) utječe na sva područja ljudskog djelovanja. Budući da od svojih samih početaka pronalazi mjesto i u nastavi, u današnje vrijeme njezina uloga u odgoju i obrazovanju postaje sve važnija i neophodnija. U ovom se radu definira IKT, njezin položaj u sustavu odgoja i obrazovanja te karakteristike njezine upotrebe u nastavi. Učitelji i njihovi stavovi prema upotrebi IKT u nastavi predstavljaju ključan čimbenik za njeno korištenje.Primjenom računalnih mrežama učenici mogu brzo pristupati informacijama i pretraživati o informacijama koje ih zanimaju. Primjena informacijske i komunikacijske tehnologije utječe na kvalitetu u odgojno obrazovnom sustavu, ali i potiče učitelje i nastavnike na poboljšanje učenja koja su usmjerena na učenike.
Abstract (english)
E-government presents a very important role in the development of modern administration, and information and communication technology helps to achieve this. E-government applies new information and communication technologies, and also affects the methods of work and the structure of the administration itself. It greatly reduces administrative costs, but also works to reduce corrupt activities, allowing for a higher level of transparency and openness. Information and communication technology (ICT) affects all areas of human activity. Since she has found a place in teaching from the very beginning, nowadays her role in upbringing and education is becoming more and more important and necessary. This paper defines ICT, its position in the education system and the characteristics of its use in teaching. Teachers and their attitudes towards the use of ICT in teaching are a key factor for its use. Using computer networks, students can quickly access information and search for information that interests them. The application of information and communication technology affects the quality of the educational system, but also encourages teachers to improve student-centered learning.
