Abstract
U ovom radu izložit ćemo koje sve ovlasti pripadaju izvršnoj vlasti u Republici Hrvatskoj. U uvodnom dijelu upoznat ćemo se za razradom teme i na početku objasniti Vladu Republike Hrvatske kao jednu od tri grane državne vlasti s osvrtom na povijesne aspekte njezinog razvoja. U središnjem dijelu rada detaljnom razradom zakonskih normi izložit ćemo strukturu i ustrojstvo izvršne vlasti. Posvetit ćemo se opisu svih organizacijskih oblika koji se ustrojavaju za obavljanje poslova Vlade Republike Hrvatske, njihov djelokrug i odgovornosti. Način rada Vlade Republike Hrvatske, način na koji donosi odluke i koje sve akte donosi u svom radu su izdvojeni su u posebnu tematsku cjelinu. U završnom dijelu rada objasnit ćemo kako Vlada Republike Hrvatske i na koji način izvršava svoju koordinativnu funkciju. Završno prikazujemo institut delegiranog zakonodavstva.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper we will show all the powers of the government of the Republic of Croatia. In the introductory part we will get acquainted with the elaboration of the topic and at the very beginning we will explain the Government of the Republic of Croatia as one of the three types of state power with reference to the historical aspects of its development. In the central part, we will present the structure of the executive branch through the detailed elaboration of legal norms. We will describe all forms that are organized to perform the task of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, their scope and responsibilities. The manner of work of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the manner in which it makes decisions and which acts it adopts in its work, are singled out in a special thematic unit. Just before the end of the paper, we will explain the function of coordination of the executive branch. At the very end of the paper we will present the institute of delegated legislation.
