Abstract
Na početku ovoga rada, biti će riječ o samom pojmu zaštite potrošača te koji su ključni ciljevi zaštite potrošača. U nastavku slijedi nešto o razvoju sustava zaštite potrošača. Zatim se dolazi do politike zaštite potrošača u kojem je slikovno prikazan indeks potrošačkih uvjeta i njegove glavne sastavnice u Europskoj uniji. U politici zaštite potrošača nalazi se i Nova strategija za potrošače koja je donijeta tijekom ove pandemije COVID-19. Politika zaštite potrošača sadrži 3 načela o kojima je za svako načelo nešto rečeno. Nakon načela dolazi se do mjera zaštite potrošača te rješavanje sporova. Također u radu se govori i o odgovornosti za materijalne nedostatke, koja ubraja i garanciju odnosno jamstvo, što je bitno za svakog potrošača. Zaštita potrošača u RH, kako je navedeno i u radu regulirano je Zakonom o zaštiti potrošača ali se navode i drugi propisi kojima se uređuje zaštita potrošača u RH. Nakon RH, slijedi zaštita potrošača u Europskoj uniji, a za kraj, riječ je o temeljnim pravima potrošača.
Abstract (english)
at the beginning of this final paper, it will be about the very concept of consumer protection and what are the key objective of consumer proction. The following is something about the ddevelopment of consumer protection system. Then comes the consumer protection policy in which zhe indeks of consumer conditions is illustrated. In consumer protection policy there is also a New strategy for during COVID-19 disease. The consumer protection policy contains three principles about which something has been said for each principle. The principle is followed by consumer protection measures and dispute resolution. Also, int this final pape we talk about the responsibility for material defects, which includes the warranty, which is important for every consumer. Consumer proection in the Republic of Croatica, as stated in the final paper, is regulated by the Consumer protecto Act, but ohter regulations governing consumer protection in the Republic of Croatica are also stated. Followed by consumer protection in the EU, an finally, it is about fundamental consumer rights.
