In every company we encounter various phases of service delivery and production processes. Planning, analysis and control keep a special pattern for executing functional processes, reducing the waste of time and manual labor used during the production phase that emphasizes the irreplaceable approach in business administration. Likewise, production planning, analysis, and control are important information processors in the production process to gather functions or effort during the production of products or services. They join essential components in areas they specify, such as operation, technology and maintenance among others. Production planning, analysis and control safely highlights the guidelines that should be adopted for production in order to achieve the desired efficiency. The constants of global change that occur as much in the economy as in enterprises are encouraged by small producers who seek its qualities in information about production processes. This has become crucial elements for his / her survival and continuity in the market. The aim of this paper is to point out some open issues and directions od planning, analysis and control in company management. INA Group's management plans are prepared by controlling with the cooperation of all organizational units. After that, the plan is officially approved by the INA Management Board. The analysis of the execution of the INA Group plan and the reporting of the management on the execution is performed by controlling.
