Abstract
Ovim radom obrađuje se pojam prijevoza i njegova definicija, povijesni razvoj, njegove glavne značajke, vrste prijevoza kao i pravna regulativa koja se odnosi na prijevoz i njegove vrste. Budući da je naglasak na djelatnosti koja se obavlja u postupku prijevoza, za rad je odabrano nekoliko vrsta prijevoza, koje su potom podijeljene na dva međusobno različita dijela: prijevoz tereta i prijevoz putnika. U radu se nastojalo objasniti kakve vrste prijevoza danas postoje, koje su najzastupljenije, koji pravni propisi utječu na njihovu provedbu te koji su uvjeti da bi moglo doći do provedbe prijevoza tereta i ljudi. Rad je podijeljen na šest dijelova, stoga uz uvod i zaključak, rad se sastoji od četiri naslova, koji se odnose na vrste prijevoza koje je autor odlučio obraditi.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the concept of transport and it's definition, historical development, it's main features, modes of transport, as well as the legal regulations relating to transport and it's types. As the focus is on the activity carried out in the transportation process, several modes of transport were selected for the work, which were then divided into two different parts: freight and passenger transport. The paper tried to explain what types of transport exist today, what are the most common ones, what legal regulations affect their implementation, and what are the conditions that freight and people transport may take. The paper is divided into six parts, so with the introduction and conclusion, the paper consists of four titles, which relate to the modes of transport that he decided to address.
