Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je pružiti osnovne informacije o tržištu fondovskom tržištu u Hrvatskoj s naglaskom na “Otvoreni investicijski fondovi s javnom ponudom” (UCITS) i njihovu strukturu ulaganja. Tržište investicijskih fondova je u ponovnom uzletu nakon zadnje gospodarske krize u Hrvatskoj. Ulaganje u investicijske fondove za domicilno stanovništvo je novi oblik štednje jer su prinos veći od kamatnih stopa na štednju. Rad pruža temeljne informacije o zakonodavstvu i regulativi koje regulira tržište investicijski fondova u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prednosti ulaganja u fondove, njihova obilježja i rizike na koje društva za upravljanje investicijskim fondom moraju ukalkulirati radi ostvarivanja očekivanih prinosa za svoje investitore. Analizira se struktura ulaganja investicijskih fondova u razdoblju od srpnja 2014. godine do srpnja 2020. godine. U promatranom periodu analizira se struktura ulaganja obvezničkih, dioničkih, novčanih i mješovitih otvorenih investicijskih fondova s javnom ponudom. Kontinuirani porast vrijednosti neto imovine fonda i sami broj investicijskih fondova pruža ohrabrenje da će tržište kapitala, odnosno fondovsko tržište će se nastaviti razvijati i kako će privući što veći broj investitora.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is to provide basic information about the investment funds market in Croatia with an emphasis on Undertakings for the Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) and their investment structure. The investment fund market is on the rise again after the last economic crisis in Croatia. Investing in funds for the domicile population is a new form of savings because the yield is higher than the interest rates on savings. The paper provides basic information on the legislation and regulations governing the investment fund market in the Republic of Croatia. The advantages of investing in funds, their characteristics and risks that investment fund management companies must calculate in order to achieve the expected returns for their investors. Paper analyize investment structure of investment funds in the period from July 2014 to July 2020. In the observed period, the investment structure of bond, equity, money and mixed open-end investment funds with a public offering is analyzed. The continuous increase in the value of the fund's net assets and the number of investment funds itself provides encouragement that the capital market and the investment funds market will continue to develop and how it will attract as many investors as possible.
