Abstract
This diploma paper deals with child trafficking as a form of trafficking in human beings with an emphasis on forced labour and illicit trade in children organs. An explanation of child trafficking concept and process as well as causes and difference in human smuggling will be elaborated in the first section of the paper. The second section of the paper refers to forced labour as objective of child trafficking and purposes of trafficking in children, i.e. trafficking in children for the purpose of forced begging, forced labour in tourism, forced labour in agriculture and industry as well as forced domestic labour and illicit activities. Lastly, illicit trade of organs, the overview of the situation in the Republic of Croatia and consequences of both phenomena will be given.
