Abstract
Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je analiziranje slobodnog kretanja sportaša u Europskoj uniji. Slobodno kretanje sportaša u Europskoj uniji analizirat će se kroz slobodno kretanje radnika u Europskoj uniji gdje pripadaju i sportaši kao radnici. Kako bi se u potpunosti dobio uvid o tematici u radu se objašnjava sloboda kretanja osoba u Europskoj uniji općenito, sloboda kretanja radnika u Europskoj uniji jer sportaši su ni više ni manje nego radnici. Slijedom navedenog u radu se obrađuju i vrste poslova u koje ulazi sloboda kretanja, kao i pojam i kvaliteta rada kao općeniti dijelovi rada. Također, u radu se objašnjava i europsko sportsko pravo prije i nakon Lisabonskog ugovora kao temeljnog dokumenta kojim je sport prvi put postao dijelom primarnog prava Europske unije, odnosno stvorena je pravna osnova koja Europskoj uniji dopušta usvajanje mjera za razvoj sporta na europskoj razini. U radu se obrađuje i tema sporta u Europskoj uniji, odnosno pravna osnova sporta u Europskoj uniji te ciljevi i postignuća sporta u Europskoj uniji i za kraj odluka Bernard koja je omogućila da Europski sud može o problemu kretanja mladih sportaša nogometaša donijeti svoje pravno stajalište.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this diploma paper is the analysis of the freedom of movement for athletes in the European Union. Freedom of movement for athletes in the European Union will be analyzed through the freedom of movement for workers in the European Union where also belong athletes as workers. In order to fully gain insight on the topic it is also explained the freedom of movement for persons in the European Union in general, freedom of movement for workers in the European Union because athletes are no less than workers. Therefore the paper deals with the types of jobs also in the freedom of movement, as well as the concept and quality of work as general parts of work. Also, the paper explains European sports law before and after the Lisbon Treaty as a fundamental document where sport for the first time became part of the primary law of the European Union, and created a legal basis which allows the European Union to adopt measures for the development of sport at European level. This paper deals with the theme of sport in the European Union and the legal basis of sport in the European Union and the goals and achievements of sport in the European Union and in the end the Bernard decision which allowed the European Court to bring their legal opinions about the problem of movement of young athletes in football.
