Abstract
Predmet ovog rada analiza je sustava e-Građani u Republici Hrvatskoj. Cilj rada je analizirati i istaknuti novine, a koje se ponajviše odnose na nove e-usluge koje su građanima dostupne unutar sustava. Sustav e-Građani pokrenut je 2014. godine s ciljem ubrzanja komunikacije između građana Republike Hrvatske i tijela javne uprave. Od pojave sustava periodično dolazi do uvođenja različitih novina i poboljšanja. Sustav e-Građani tako se i kontinuirano nadopunjava novim uslugama. Od većih noviteta valja izdvojiti sljedeće usluge: mPretinac, Realizirani recepti. e-JOPPD, e-Usluge MUP-a, Kalkulator doplatka za djecu te e-Savjetovanje. Neke od tih usluga građani koriste vrlo često, dok su druge na prosječnoj razini po pitanju učestalosti korištenja. Svaka od skupina unutar sebe uključuje različite pojedinačne e-usluge. Unaprjeđenja sustava i noviteti dovode i do povećanja broja korisnika i ostvarenja ciljeva e-uprave. Statistički podaci o sustavu e-Građani pokazali su kako broj korisnika sustava, kao i prijava, konstantno raste. Neke nove e-usluge vrlo su popularne i korištene, a one svakako utječu i na porast broja korisnika i prijava u Sustav.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is the novelties in the e-citizens system. The aim of the paper is to analyze and highlight novelties that act in relation to new e-services available to citizens within the system. The e-Citizens system was launched in 2014 with the aim of accelerating communication between citizens of the Republic of Croatia and public administration bodies. Since the advent of the system, various innovations and improvements have been introduced periodically. The e-Citizens system is thus continuously updated with new services. The major news items included the following services: mPretinac, Realized recipes, e-JOPPD, e-MUP Services, Child Allowance Calculator and e-Counseling. Some of these services are used very often by citizens, while others are average in terms of frequency of use. Improving the system and new options lead to the increased number of users and achieving the goals of eGovernment. E-Citizens statistics show that the number of system users, as well as logins, is constantly increasing. Some new e-services are very popular and used, and they certainly affect the increase in the number of users and logins to the System.
