Abstract
Ovaj rad prikaz je promišljanja Tome Akvinskog o zakonu, pravu, pravednosti, pravednom ratu, državi i oblicima vladavine, kao i komentara filozofa tomista o istim pitanjima. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je Tomin život i djelovanje. Drugi dio prikazuje njegove misli o zakonu, pravu, pravednosti i ratu, sadržane u Summi Theologiae, a treći je prikaz misli o državi, političkoj vlasti i oblicima vladavine, najvećim dijelom sadržanih u De Regno, a manjim u Summi. Uz izvorne misli, rad navodi relevantna tumačenja istih.
Abstract (english)
This paper is a presentation of Thomas Aquinas' thought on law, laws, justice, just war, the state and types of government as well as of commentaries of other thomists on the same topics. First part of the paper describes the life and work of Thomas Aquinas. The second part is focused on his thoughts about laws, law, justice and war which are contained in the Summa Theologiae, the third part focuses on his thoughts about the state, political government and types of government which are mostly contained in De Regno and in a smaller part in the Summa. Besides his original thoughts the paper quotes some relevant interpretations of them.
