Abstract
Europski upravni prostor je središnji koncept u raspravama o trendovima u europskom upravljanju. U središtu teorijskog koncepta europskog upravnog prostora je ideja o upravnoj konvergenciji, približavanju različitih modela javne uprave u Europi, odnosno njihovom razvijanju u istom ili sličnom pravcu što rezultira europeizacijom. Europski upravni prostor zapravo označava načela i standarde organizacije i fukcioniranja javne uprave koji su utemeljeni na ideji konvergencije europskih upravnih sustava i praksi prema zajedničkom upravnom modelu država članica Europske unije. Upravna konvergencija podrazumijeva smanjivanje različitosti i nepodudarnosti među nacionalnim javnim upravama, odnosno razvoj uprave u istom pravcu i stvaranje sve veće homogenosti i koherentnosti između upravnih sustava. Rad je pisan analitičko-sintetičkom metodom i metodom kompilacije.
Abstract (english)
The European administrative space is a central concept in the discussions on trends in European governance. At the center of the theoretical concept of European administrative space is the idea of administrative convergence, convergence of different models of public administration in Europe, and developing them in the same or a similar direction resulting Europeanisation. European administrative space actually refers to the principles and standards of the organization and functioning of public administration which are based on the idea of convergence of European administrative systems and practices towards a common administrative model of the EU Member States. Regulatory convergence implies reducing differences and discrepancies among national public administrations, and development of administration in the same direction and creating increasing homogeneity and coherence between the administrative system. The paper uses the methods of analysis, synthesis and the data compilation method.
