Abstract
Tema završnog rada je informatizacija te njen utjecaj na učinkovitost i poslovanje. U radu se obrađuju mogućnosti i granice automatizacije i što je to automatska obrada podataka te što je to elektronički potpis. Razraditi će se definicija ureda, te tipovi pojedinih E-ureda koji čine D-ured (digitalni ured), M-ured (mobilni ured) te V-ured (virtualni ured). Razradom pojedinih ureda razraditi će se teme kao što su standardizacija poslovnih komunikacija, digitalna izrada poslovnih komunikacija, digitalna obrada poslovnih podataka, elektronički obrasci u poslovanju, zatim prednosti i nedostaci pojedinih ureda. Pojasniti će se uloga E-ureda u poboljšanju kvalitete poslovnih procesa i što je to sustav e-Građani.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is informatization and its impact on efficiency and business. The paper deals with the possibilities and limits of automation and what automatic data processing is and what an electronic signature is. The paper deals with the definition of an office, and the types of individual E-offices that make up the D-office (digital office), M-office (mobile office) and V-office (virtual office).Also the paper deals with the development of individual offices and elaborates topics such as standardization of business communications, digital development of business communications, digital processing of business data, electronic business forms, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of individual offices. The role of the e-office in improving the quality of business processes and what the e-Citizens system is will be explained.
