Abstract
Ovaj završni rad bavi se teorijskom obradom teme: „Reforma mirovinskog sustava“. Mirovinski sustav je osmišljen kao sustav zaštite starijih, nemoćnih, invalida i ljudi koji su privremeno onemogućeni raditi i obavljati svoj posao. Mirovinski sustav počeo se razvijati još u doba drevnih civilizacija Egipta ,Grčke i Rima jer su shvatili važnost akumulacije i prikupljanja zaliha koje su potom dijelili potrebitima. Danas sustav izgleda mnogo drugačije i svaka zemlja bira, određuje i kreira svoj vlastiti mirovinski sustav. Postoji više oblika mirovinskog sustava, a dva najčešća su: sustav generacijske solidarnosti i mirovinski fondovi s kapitalnim pokrićem. Vlada Republike Hrvatske do sada je provela 3 velike reforme mirovinskog sustava 1999, 2002 i 2019. Republika Hrvatska iz proračuna godišnje na mirovine izdvaja oko 43 milijarde kuna.
Abstract (english)
This final paper deals with the theoretical treatment of the topic: " Pension system reform". The Pension system is designed as a system of protection for the elderly, infirm, disabled and people who are temporary unable to work and do their job. The pension system began to develop in the time of the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Greece and Rome because they realized the importance of accumulation and collection of stocks which they then shared as needed. Today the system looks much different and each country chooses, determines, creates its own pension agreement. There are several forms of the pension system, and the two most common are: The system of generational solidarity and Pension funds with capital coverage. The Government of the Republic of Croatia has so far implemented three major reforms of the pension system in 1999, 2002 and 2019. The Republic of Croatia allocates around HRK 43 billion annually from the budget to the pensions.
